Spring Hill Party Rentals Cancellation Policy | Cancellation Policy
We get it—plans change! Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- ✅ Cancel 48+ Hours in Advance: Full refund or credit, your choice.
- ⚠️ Cancel Within 48 Hours: No refund, but you’ll get a full rental credit valid for 365 days.
- 🚫 Cancel Within 24 Hours or No Show: Credit only if the rental was not delivered/setup.
You can book a rental as little as 24 hours in advance—based on availability!
Spring Hill Party Rentals Refunds
Because we offer event-based rental services, not physical goods, all refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- 🔧 If Southern Splash Rentals cancels, a full or partial refund will be issued. If they can’t deliver due to equipment failure, you will also get one. A refund also occurs if there is a company error.
- 🌧️ If the issue is due to weather, site conditions, or customer action, no refund is guaranteed. We’ll work with you for a credit when possible.
- ⏳ Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process. They may be returned via the original payment method, Venmo, or cash.

Spring Hill Party Rentals Liability
We choose fun—but safety starts with you:
- 🛑 General Liability Waiver: Southern Splash Rentals is not responsible for any injuries. It is also not responsible for any accidents during setup, use, or take down of our rentals. They are not liable for property damage in these situations either.
- 🚫🏊 No Lifeguards or Medical Staff Provided: We do not supply lifeguards or medical services. Please supervise all children and guests.
- 🧍♂️⚖️ Renter Assumes Responsibility: The renter assumes full responsibility for the rental item and any activity around it.
- 🏠📝 Third-Party Rental Site Accountability: If you’re renting for someone else’s home or venue, you are fully responsible. This includes all terms. You are also responsible for any injuries or property damage.
- 🧾⚖️ Legal & Financial Responsibility: Any legal claims or disputes will be the renter’s sole responsibility, including legal fees.
Spring Hill Party Rentals Damage & Replacement Responsibility
- 🛠️ Renter Liability for Damage: If rental equipment is damaged during your event, you must pay the full replacement cost. Alternatively, you need to cover the repair cost. Southern Splash Rentals will decide the costs.
- 📆 Loss of Future Rentals: Damage can cause a loss of future rental income. In such cases, the renter is held responsible. They have to cover any lost booking revenue.
Spring Hill Party Rentals Other Terms
- 🛑 We do not accept returns or exchanges, as our rentals are services, not goods.
- ⛔ We do not ship any products or offer any shipped services.
